Change items, the card message or the delivery date within 24 hours of confirming.
Free cancellation for 24 hours
Cancel within 24 hours of confirming and get a full refund.
After items are bought
Cancelling later means a 20% handling fee, as items are sourced for your order.
Personalised items
Names, printed cards and written messages can’t be changed once made.
No cancellation after dispatch
Once the basket is with the courier, the order can’t be cancelled.
Refund in 5–7 working days
Paid by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa once approved.
