Every basket is put together by hand, from what’s in stock. Here is how we handle the little differences.

   Out of stock? We swap

   If an item runs out, we replace it with one of equal or higher value.

   We ask you first

   If the main item of your basket changes, we message you before we swap it.

   Same theme, same feel

   Swaps always match the occasion and colours of your basket.

   Wrapping may vary

   Ribbons, tissue and boxes can differ slightly from the photos.

   Screens differ too

   Colours in photos can look a little different on your phone.

   Seasonal treats

   Flowers and seasonal items depend on what’s fresh and available.
