Delivery Policy

We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted third-party couriers. Here is how delivery works.

   Delivered by courier partners

   Every basket is packed with care and handed to a third-party courier.

2. 02

   Not liable once handed over

   Once handed over, we are not responsible for damage, loss or delay caused by the courier or rider.

3. 03

   Check it at your door

   Box looks damaged? Take photos in front of the rider and film the unboxing.

4. 04

   We’ll help with a claim

   Send us the photos and video within 24 hours and we’ll raise a claim with the courier. The outcome is the courier’s decision.

5. 05

   Times are estimates

   Set by the courier, they may vary on busy days, Eid, bad weather or strikes.

6. 06

   Correct address, please

   Share a complete address and active number. Re-delivery after a wrong address or missed call is charged.

7. 07

   Order a little ahead

   Ready baskets: 1–2 days in Karachi. Custom: 2–3 days. Other cities: plus courier time.

8. 08

   Delivery charges

   Rs 250 in Karachi and Rs 450 to other cities, free on orders of Rs 10,000 or more. You see the charge before you pay.
